WE MOVE provides an online Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory as a free service to the community. The Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory is designed to assist individuals in locating local or regional physicians (e.g., academic institutions, treatment or rehabilitation centers, and sole practitioners) who have a declared interest in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of people with a movement disorder.

WE MOVE does not sponsor, endorse, recommend, or approve of any specific physician or medical center listed in the Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory. The Directory is located at www.wemove.org/TCD/adult.asp and www.mdvu.org/TCD/adult.asp. ANY physician may submit a registration form to be listed in this Directory. WE MOVE is not able to verify education, background, qualifications, skills, competency or effectiveness of a physician's services. In the fullest extend possible, WE MOVE warns the Directory user to beware, and to proceed with caution. WE MOVE is providing this Directory strictly as a mechanism through which physicians can list their services, and interested individuals can find appropriate resources in their community. WE MOVE encourages healthcare consumers to extensively research any service or individual provider they are considering. WE MOVE provides this directly for information purposes.

WE MOVE makes a reasonable effort to present accurate and current information in the Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE MOVE makes no representations as to: the quality, content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any information displayed or distributed. WE MOVE does not allow purposely abusing server resources when using the search mechanism. Use of the search mechanism is strictly restricted to the sole use for inquiring individuals. Using the Directory for any other reason, including but not limited to, gathering e-mail address, abusing server resources, gathering personal information to sell, etc. is against the terms of use and will not be tolerated by WE MOVE.

WE MOVE has the right to disable the use of the Directory at any time. WE MOVE may disable access to rights (ban) to individuals or discontinue the service WE MOVE is providing.

Any patients, caregivers, family members, friends, or physicians who are looking for clinicians with expertise in movement disorders have access to the WE MOVE Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory.

How can you benefit by participating in the directory?
It has been well documented that today's health care consumer is more proactive than ever. They need to know what is wrong with them and how they can maintain their quality of life as much as possible. They want access to the experts. By participating in the directory, you will be identified as an expert in an easily accessible vehicle.

Is there any charge to access the directory?
Access to the WE MOVE Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory is absolutely free.

How do I access the directory?
It's simple—Once you've read and agreed to the WE MOVE Movement Disorder Treatment and Rehabilitation Directory Terms of Service, you'll be able to access the search entries. Click the arrow button, and a list of treatment centers will appear on the screen.
