BTX-B is an effective treatment for blepharospasm, according to this report.

Fourteen patients with blepharospasm with moderate-to-good response to BTX-A received 2500 U Neurobloc (Myobloc) in 4-5 sites per side. Fahn-Marsden rating fell from a mean of 1.9 to 1.1 (p<0.001), with a mean duration of 44.6 days. Patients reported a mean 35% improvement. Eleven patients had transient burning pain on injection; one patient had local edema at the injection site. The authors state, "The time course and magnitude of the improvement in our study are similar to those reported in trials with BTX-A."
